is a Filipino-American performer who combines the endless energy of a Bboy with the self-discipline of a Jedi master to dazzle audiences on stage, film, television, and social media.
Ric has been featured in a variety of roles from an ugly sweater-wearing sports fan (Fanatics) and hip hop dancing barista (Dunkin Donuts) to an enthusiastic environmentalist (Earth Day) and an ill-fated high school football star (The Chattering). His contagious smile and energy were most recently seen in theaters all over the world in the hit movie Free Guy where he played the Ice Cream Vendor opposite Ryan Reynolds.
As a kid who spent countless hours studying the VHS tapes of the international breakdancing competition Battle of the Year, Ric has always been a lifelong learner - both in his craft and in what it is to be human. Ric is an avid yogi and daily practitioner of mindfulness and meditation, and approaches each role by balancing himself physically, energetically, and emotionally to ensure he can perform at his highest potential.
Dynamic, curious and multi-passionate, Ric enjoys choreographing and teaching hip hop at various dance studios while bringing his performing experience and philosophy to each and every student. You can often catch him playing Broadway hits on the piano, crooning ballads like the finest Disney prince, breakin’ outdoors on his old school linoleum square, and challenging his physicality by weight training and boxing like a Manny Pacquiao twin. The Renaissance Man believes in always giving his all - and in giving, always.
